Advertising offer

1. Parties and subject

1.1. [not filled in] (INN [not filled in], address: [not filled in], e-mail: [not filled in]) (the Contractor) offers advertising on the website l2oko.ru (the Site) and in its Telegram channel to any person (the Customer) on the terms of this offer.

1.2. Services: paid spots in the server lists (VIP, TOP, top spot), banners, wallpapers, Telegram posts and other formats from the Advertising page.

2. Ordering

2.1. The Customer leaves a request on the Advertising page. A request is not a payment and does not guarantee placement.

2.2. The Contractor agrees the format, dates and price with the Customer. Payment uses the details the Contractor sends after that: [state the payment method and details].

2.3. Payment for the agreed service means acceptance of this offer.

3. Prices

Prices are listed on the Advertising page. Where no price is listed it is given on request. Discounts and promo codes apply when they are in the request and confirmed by the Contractor.

4. Ad marking

4.1. Ads are placed with the label "Реклама" (advertisement), the advertiser details and an erid identifier under Russian Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising".

4.2. The Customer gives the Contractor the marking data: name, INN (or another identifier for foreign persons), contract details. Without it a paid placement may not start.

4.3. Ad data is sent to the unified register of online advertising through an ad data operator: [state the operator].

5. Ad requirements

5.1. The Customer is responsible for the ad content and for the rights to the texts, images and trademarks in it.

5.2. The Contractor may refuse ads that break the law or the Listing rules.

6. Liability

6.1. The Contractor does not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks or players unless this is expressly agreed.

6.2. Rescheduling and refunds: [state the terms].

7. Other

Customer personal data is processed under the Policy. The Contractor may change this offer; paid services follow the version in force on the payment date.
